Originally a recruitment consultant running his own firm John made the change to training and development to widen his experience in helping people and become more closely involved with client organisations.

A professional practitioner with over 20 years of consulting experience with with a range of clients on people and organisational projects and issues. Graduated with MA in Industrial Pscyhology from Canterbury University, Post Graduate Diploma in Development Studies from Massey University 2001.
